Hey bob, Dr. Stamm's bio is brief but interesting: Message 2944458 As a player in the mergers and acquisitions department for Northwest Energy, it doesn't surprise me that he has more than a passing relationship with most of the energy wheeler-dealers in the Western US. I also believe that he and Drew Lewis (COB, UPR?) were trustees for the Bush trust while George was in office. And, Dr. Stamm was a member of a Reagan commission on energy. Between Paul and Dr. Stamm, I would bet that they are on "slap on the back" terms with most of the energy execs west of the Mississippi. The line used to be "It's not what you know, its who you know." Now,to succeed in today's corporate meritocracies, the line should be: "Its what you know and who you know." In this regard NAMX is well heeled. I believe the future U.S and worldwide agreements will support this speculation. marty
