KIRK....thank you for that very candid post that all should read a few times.

Why? It's replete with GOLDEN NUGGETS. Specifically watch what they DO.. NOT what they say.

It also helps to explain to limit ones. RISK..

And when there is RISK.. if one is going to take it on. At least know that is the case versus learning the hard way when you wake up one morning to learn of bad news.
