Thanks. I was really behind both mergers as it was really Lam buying NVLS on the cheap when we had a huge correction... I added to Lam in 2010 and 2011 but I think the announcement came later.

I added to AMAT in 2011 and 2012 so I was really happy with its "buyout" sold as a merger of equals to save face at TEL... though equals don't get a premium. Pisses me off AMAT gives up the well known name for a new, fake, made up name. I've thought about selling it all and buying something else in the sector.
