OK Kirk,..we agree on something........And if the Feds lowered the Federal Corporate Tax bill, then some states like California would pick up the slack. Bob has mentioned that Louisiana and Mississippi allow off shore oil rigs in sight of land . Might have something to do with payoffs by the oil companies. Federal money seems to go less far in those two states. A lot of that money is sticky, and it has to pass through a very fine sieve.
