yes, so you agree your total tax paid argument is typical left wing BS that covers the true issue of higher marginal tax rates prevent cash from coming to the US.

I don't give a damn about other BS arguments from the middle or GOP because I just want pure numbers and let them speak on their own.

Again I'll ask as you again because I am sure figuring this out for yourself will be educational.
Again, what tax would Intel pay to bring in an additional $1,000 income? I believe it is the marginal tax rate fo for the US plus the CA tax rate with deductions perhaps for the CA tax.
Perhaps get a copy of Turbo Tax and put in $9M of CA income and see what tax rate it calculates and what the incremental rate is for an extra $1000.

IT IS THE INCREMENTAL INCOME that matters!
