This looks bullish for a 1 to 2 week rally...

The bullish signal matches a lot of my other ST charts including the plunge in interest rates.

My small cap stocks that often lead at the start of a new big surge are leading again.... I'll put up a chart of the RUT next to see if it is market related or just lucky stock picks to have my portfolio leading.
