TSMC posts record revenues for January 2015

Consolidated revenues at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) increased 25.3% sequentially and 69.4% from a year ago to NT$87.12 billion (US$2.76 billion) in January 2015, according to the foundry chipmaker.
Fellow company United Microelectronics (UMC) has reported consolidated revenues of NT$12.88 billion for January 2015, up 5.6% on month and 28% on year.
