So called nutritionists only know what they learn from books, and those books are mostly outdated... not long ago, eggs were considered a dangerous food, high in cholesterol, fat was not good for us, and so on... the truth is that eggs are extremely healthy, they're just about the the perfect food... dietary cholesterol does NOT give you high cholesterol... the cholesterol in the body is NOT the same as the cholesterol in food, unfortunately they share the same name, but that's all... the only thing that can increase the cholesterol in your body are carbs, and carbs turn to sugar in the body... excessive carbs turn to body fat, and so on... for breakfast today I had bacon and eggs, and I had some cheesecake with it as my bread, homemade cheese cake... all the bacon, eggs, and the cheese cake are made from organic ingredients, which means they contain no genetically modified organisms... the taste is real and richer, the eggs have hard shells and the yolk is more orange than yellow... I sweeten the cheesecake with agave nectar, this is a natural nectar from the agave plant, it's lower down on the glycemic index than an apple... no refined sugar and no artificial sweeteners, which are more dangerous than refined sugar itself...
