Indeed.... but we can say that for just about any market anywhere.

I think we're seeing something they don't teach in school... "the REAL(tm) value of money."

What is it? What has lasting value? How do you store or transfer it? I think about it when watching some of the TV shows like Spartacus in Starz starz.com

Think historically. In Europe, it was land and labor. Taxes were often taken in the form of livestock, grain and whatever was produced by those laboring on the land owned by the rulers... Go even further back and the rulers had "slaves" or gladiators or... an army.

Some say now they make workers into slaves with debt but I think it is more sneaky... teaching people the MUST HAVE fancy sneakers and Apple products or new cars to get to work to make the $ to pay for the sneakers, Apple products and car to drive you.

Where is lasting value today? To me, it is something that can produce income be it land or stocks.
