Kirk, it's OneDrive now and I use it so that several critical files are backed up automatically after I update them. Seems to work ok. When the mouse hovers over the cloud symbol in my tray it says "files are up-to-date. Last updated 2 hours ago." There is also a clickable "sync" to allow manual updating.
