Hi Kirk,

I thinkkkit is brilliant.

If and when we begin to see higher rates - all of those bonds can be retired paying 50 - 75 cents on the Dollar.

Use the money to buy back stock - increase the stock price and EPS and pay less dividends on total less stock outstanding and have a yield higher than the treasuries.

Its almost as good as having an inversion and the politicians can't knock it.

It will make equities the only game in town - as long as we have a steady economy.
