I am just running up Windows 10 on the free VMware application on Windows 7.

Even my little ol amd quad can handle it all. 3.2 GB of RAM is being used to run Win 10 on VMware.

You just get the win 10 iso file, VM player can run from the iso file, you dont need to burn it onto a DVD.
