Thanks for the extra info. I don't follow the BB Big dog room... maybe I should now that I've given up on a few other boards as mostly worthless, to me. E_K_S sure seems to make valuable contributions so that would be a plus for a new board to follow. I hear ya about shareholder unfriendly companies. I have too many as it is with my tech stocks that a cpa acquaintance calls "tech scams".... All these companies that issue shares with diluted voting rights so they can pay more shares in options without giving up control and the public went along with it... idiots. My guess if I buy it would be a major energy company or XLE... but the whole industry could go away if the DNC has its way so I'll probably wait until the results for the next election are more clear.
