Hi Kirk, Bi Dog's Boom Boom Room has 4-5 very excellent seasoned oil people that contribute wonderful hands on advice and beliefs. Much like you and your HP experience. They have mostly been long for a long time and have endured some strong losses, but it is not their first rodeo and they keep it quite constructive. I've learned a lot from them regarding timing the bottom. I'm sure you would like the info presented. I have sold puts on KMI for several years now and just added some 2017 Jnauary 32.50's yesterday. I received $5.15 fo 1 year and 5 months (annualizes out to 12.5 %) on a net purchase price of 27.35. IF I'm put the stock it will yield 7.16 percent. I'm happy with that either way. The nicest part of KMI is they are pipelins and the price of the commodity does not impact them. With natural gas and oil being very cheap in price and O's energy policies leaning towards gas over coal for electrical generation - it is the one sector that is NOT in excess supply - the pipelines and needs for more of them. Exporting of LNG will also create demand for more pipe lines - it is a long term trend like more integrated circuits are also. I lurk much more there as I'm learning quite a lot - hope to see you there! Bob
