Hi Bernie, I've thought of dragging my race car out to the mountains for some racing, but haven't done it yet. Maybe this year. I'll check with my buddies and see if there's anyone else that wants to go!

I haven't tried the MAX film yet. I did try a B&W product maybe 10 or so years ago that was supposed to have incredible range. It might have been an AGFA product.

For those Newport users who haven't handled a dividend and gains distribution with the program before, please note that this isn't considered a TRADE by Newport. To make the change in the number of shares, go to the fund in question, select MAINTENANCE from the bottom of the screen and type in the new total number of shares. Newport will note the change and make a bit vertical line on the Line Graph. It will also adjust the calculations for the 26 week moving average. This and the price change doesn't really show up the first week. However, next week all will look just right.

Ultra's massive cap gain means that the managers were actually doing some management this year, I guess! As I'm sure you noted, that if you don't reinvest your distributions, you should really subtract the value of the distribution from the Portfolio Control to keep AIM happy. I just reinvest the proceeds so as to keep AIM running smoothly.

Best regards, Tom
