nice but not nearly windy enough and often enough... unless I get HUGE sails and BIG boards for the 10 to 15 MPH days... which show as 15 on the graphs. Under 10 and you are better to use a boat. Tampa Bay windsurfing meter SF Bay where I sail... 75% of days over 20 MPH for about 6 months....
