Hmmm
Not all that great as over 50% of S&P 500 stocks are trading below 200 day sma's.

So does that mean you prefer to buy them when they are all above average?

I try to buy stuff when it is on sale... There was a great sale about 2 months ago (best buy was some Intel shares at $25) and I've taken some decent profits (sold some at ~$35) already...

I have to admit it all feels a bit phony with the fake low rates... but think about it... there is a surplus of cash from businesses that make money because they can squeeze labor for profits. With the Europeans banks charging a fee to hold your money (neg rates) I can easily see why some would rather lend GE money at 0.8% or just buy their stock and get 3%....

Stocks I own that are RISKY, don't pay a decent dividend and are out of favor with momentum/theme investors (Finisar, Utek, etc) many of the stocks you follow that I don't own (MU, SUNE, etc.) have ALREADY had major bear markets.
