Also I hear about a lot of older folks in industries supposedly looking for workers on visas lose their jobs for "performance" and other things related mostly, I believe, to they are old enough that they won't work 60 hour weeks on a "salary" and their health care is expensive...

SO, these folks are losing jobs and going onto the exchanges while the cheaper to insure (young)workers get the jobs and probably for lower pay since they have less experience.

The real issue is we should remove health care from "benefits" that companies provide and put EVERYONE on the exchanges. To make it revenue neutral at first, have companies just add the money they were paying to the salaries and in exchange for doing this, allow the min wage to go to $15 but without health care....

That would make for REAL competition... and free up businesses to do what they do best... rather than provide government mandated benefits.
