For full disclosure: I had been down on the stock the last few months and posted my opinions as such. The recent redo of the loan agreement changed my mind. The bank actually increased their debt limit. Sounded like a vote of confidence to me. With the redo the divvy looks safe for at least the next three qtrs. Then there are the companies they have bought. Once fully integrated I think they will all contribute in a meaningful way to the bottom line. Each should do well with the current defense spending. "IF" congress gets rid of the sequester revenues should be even more stable. Debt is high. Cannot get around that, but I think revenue will cover it and they will continue to maintain the dividend. I doubt the bank would have gone along with mgmt. if it were otherwise. I have been in and out of AIRI for many years. Cannot remember who it was that put me on to the company. When they were in deep trouble many years back I used to converse with Pete Retaglia who was running things at the time. He assured me of the efforts being made to get the company on track. I kept adding shares and over time ended up with a nice profit. IMHO, the negatives are known. The positives have yet to be realized. (PS...Despite my advanced age, I am still a risk taker.) RDK
