I don't fault them for going for it on 4th down. It was a reasonable call given the situation of the game. BTW, I think my pre-game prediction turned out to be pretty close. The Patriots largely shut down the Denver running game, giving them a chance at the end, but the Denver defense was up to the challenge. The Denver D gave up the average amount of points -18. Terrific game! A real classic battle... Message 30413167 The speed of the Denver defense is unique. When they make a mistake, they recover very quickly. They largely carried Denver the first half of the year, fell into a bit of a mid year slump and then recovered back to their old form at the end of the season.
