Today's 5 Best Large Caps -- XEL $WEC VZ $T STZ As I write this post the market appears to be bottoming out. I am not saying recovery but I do see a bottom. Right now a slim majority of the 10,000+ stocks in the Barchart data base are trading above their 20 day moving averages.
