Hi Kirk--I don't disagree with the overall philosophy suggested in your post. However it would be impossible to administer in the real world. For example, of all the ills mentioned in your post, I saw nothing about peanut butter. I mean that stuff is evil and should be outlawed before booze or smoking or any of the other evil stuff going on in the world today. Boo hiss on peanut butter.
