Hi Dan,

Thanks for your kind words.

I don't think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.<smile>

I just don't think people are due the quality of health care as a right.

Certainly I do not think that the poor should just die.

They are due a basic health package.

That is what state level decisions, should determine. It is a decision that the local electorate should determine just how minimum or nice those with out health care should have as a minimum base.

It is not a decision the federal government should dictate / rebate or penalize those who do not subsidize via the IRS.

County owned health care center or state owned health care centers have provided these services on a local basis for years.

Whenever the federal government gets into the equation costs skyrocket and the cost of just the bureaucracy reduce the level of service that would otherwise be doled out.

As Trump says the poor won't be dying on the streets.

Let's just make it efficient and push the decision making down to the local level - where things get administered efficiently.

Hillary and Bernie want big government to make all those decisions for you.

It is not a right -better health care is a benefit to those who work.

The rest should not have equal health care - it should be a lesser and cheaper more basic plan.

There must be an advantage and benefit for those who work - to continue to do so.

Just because we are a human beings does not mean that food is a right or that medical care is a right.

If you think it is - you are a supporter of big government and I certainly am not that.

I'm not for big government regardless of what side of the bed I got out of.<smile>

Thanks for your kind words and I hope my views do not stop you from voicing your thoughts.

It just so happened that Kirk and I grew up not wealthy, and had to eke out our college education the work to pay for school way - which is now suppose to be another right to those who listen to Hillary or Bernie.

It sounds so good to say that.

Young kids today are very attracted to free education.

When they figure out that for the rest of their working career the government will extract another 1% from their pay check it loses its luster.

Then when you double the number of college grads and they find out the normal work market does not need that many college grads, the allure of free college goes down the drain.

I'm a free market believer.

Free markets are way more efficient than any government plan (American or Chinese).

Look at student debt exceeding credit card debt.

You know who won out of the whole program - colleges - they've cranked up their tuition fees as free money was the driving force.

What is the net result - college grads in debt up to their necks who can not find college grad level opportunities.

Just like the home mortgages for those with bad credit and or no credit opened up trillions in housing mortgage debt until that house of cards collapsed into the credit crisis of 2008.

When government hands out trillions in free money - unintended consequences always become the killer.

Government needs to get out of these non government programs.

They all result from elitist politicians offering something for nothing to a core constutuency (that they want thier vote for)that ends up poorly or being paid for by the working class - a class that needsall of their money to do with what they want to with it.

Rant over and I hope you don't think too poorly of me!

Bob
