Hi Linda- Glad to see you back after the first round of year-end holidays. Hope you had a great time and didn't over-indulge as I did! :-)

Not much happened out here in sunny but chilly Menlo Park except a little e-Mail frenzy. Walcoff.com (which hosts and manages a country music site I frequent called countrycool.com) managed to get their regular mail list loaded into their list server. Who knows how long it was sitting there like that. One person unwittingly and incorrectly sent an "unsubscribe" note to this reflector and then the flood started. Next thing I knew I had a couple messages, then 10, then 56 messages in my mail box. The next morning an additional 117 more! Of course you can guess what they were all saying: "there's something wrong with your mail server!" Of course Walcoff hadn't a clue what was going on because they're all taking a long weekend. :-) No one but a very few figured out to not respond. All harmless, but some poor tech support dude at AOL didn't think so. He was getting blamed by all those subscribers because they all thought it was an AOL problem. He kept saying "I don't know WHAT'S causing it!! It's NOT MY FAULT!!!!" :-)

Anyway... here's to a happy and prosperous new year, Linda! It's time for a few sell orders to fill!!

Bruce
