HI Kirk,

Well you bought it at a distressed price in a pre BK negotiation.

So you have two choices:

Right it down or

Sell it at full price but you also slow down the utilization rates of your existing fabs.

That has been CY choice and as they monetize the inventory - they've been buying back stock with the funds.

That has turned out to be a good deal as they bought several million shares below 8 and it is now above 11.50.
