Indeed it does! Here is a chart I found elsewhere and added my own red circles to show an even more bullish interpretation that one would get if you thought the two 14% corrections in the past 18 months were a substitute for a 20% bear market... remember many/most NYSE stocks corrected over 30%.... facebook.com
