17 year cycle possibly in tact. Bear run 1965-1982 Bull run 1982-1999, then 17 years of churning under performance with those indices not hitting record highs in sync, and now all of a sudden all three at new highs 17 years later in 2016. Hardly anyone buying into the fact that this move might be the start of something big and no one really chasing. Pour it all into the pot, stir, and voila. A new secular bull is born. BWDIK?
