The same e-mailless participant who is urging others to use e-mail? Sounds like somebody needs to have a stick removed and a personality installed. BTW, my New Years Resolution is to completely ignore Microsoft instead of wasting perfectly good energy raving about how, ah, sub-optimal their technology is.

P.S.

I forgot to mention the compiler will resolve the call to foo from inside Thud using the same index, that's why it works.

( * (pObject->vtbl[1] ) ) ( );

In my example, Geek is the object and 1 is the foo offset for A object, B objects or any object instantiated from a class derived from A. I left the this pointer in the snippet above.
