Sy Harding's STS Seasonal Timing Strategy turns positive Sunday.

It is close to a buy for both the Dow & S&P.

I believe the idea is the market rallies near the end of the year after many max out their payroll tax contributions thus have more money to spend and invest. Then at the start of the year there are bonuses going into the markets.
