I tend to agree with you. Oddly,one thing that could happen is that when the earnings warning comes out,which I expect, it could actually stabalize the price as the bad news would be out and confirmed. Of course, if the bad news is that MEMC see's no recovery until mid 1999 or later, than all bets are off.
