I am quoting a friend here (Larry Dudash who follows the field very closely), in a recent post he estimated that MU and Samsung each have 30% of the DRAM market, if Samsung declines, that leaves MU the market share leader, and they seems to have managed (sans the recent Korean devaluation, I think) the be the lowest cost producer.
