Most of the value is their Tele-Communications Inc. and Liberty Media Holdings. You get a little over one share of TCOMA plus a little over a 1/4 share of liberty for each share. The stock has been a monster winner over the years due to some creative deals like the when they spun off SBC stock. If you think TCOMA has hit bottom(?) it would be a much better purchase than TCOMA.
