Introduction Compact
This is the parent of Associated Communications, the company that AT & T's Mandl (ex-heir apparent to Allen) jumped to for a fat $20 million sign-on bonus.

Does anyone have any detailed knowledge on this company. Looking at it I think it looks, well, overvalued. I must be missing something here. Any insight or comments?
