Chris,

Thank you for your reply. I did happen to be aware of that fact when Alex Mandl jumped ship from AT&T to go to Associated Communicaions. AGRPA is, I think, an owner in some interest in Assoc. Comm. not to mention other interests.

The stock (AGRPA) popped after Mandl aligned himself with Assoc. Comm. I looked at some reports on AGRPA and thought that it might be a bit "overvalued" with a lot of exotic telecom interests with very high valuations. I shorted it, covered and made a very few bucks, when I thought that their equity in these telecom interests is very much a long term play.

I thought it might be along the lines of a John Scully and Andrea Electronics. Me thinks I leaped before I looked.

Thanks and good luck,

Bob Lawkins
