A manageable burn rate is very important and the key to
a good plan to pay for clinical trials. But how about
not using your own money for clinical trials (zero burn)?
Let the foreign drug companies pay for your trials with
licensing fees or let the NCI/NIH pay for drug developement.

Hey, are the CUBS doing anything in the off season?
