Zeev, One of the reasons that we are not that far away from the 5.5% on the bonds, is the Asian flu that has hit. When do you see the flight to quality subsiding. it would seem to me that when that happens, the bond rate will back up considerable, even with the current talk of deflation. Also if I am not mistaken (which I am quite often) didn't Mexico recover a lot faster than everyone thought. What is the likelyhood of the same thing happening again with SEA.
