Yep. Been there done that. It was called a co-op program. Some of the apprentice programs did have some Govt. involved, but NOT run by the govt. Bob and I discussed this years ago. Maybe on this board. What was old and worked, it now new. Those coal jobs are not coming back in any numbers. I dislike it when people are given "false" hope. TWT if we get anything good out of all those meetings. I still hold out hope for Trump presidency, though I also dislike him as a person. Again, TWT. RDK
