Bodes well for semi equipment makers in the future. The combination of Lrcx and Nvls has been as dynamic as Kla and TCR? (Tencor). Don't fight your competition merge and retain your margins. Amat and Vsea = ditto. Goes to show, the those who aggressively pursued M&A while the stocks were depressed really grew the fastest. Healthy to show that aggressive mgts' prevail in profitability. Trouble is - not many combos left. Ter and Cohu? Bob
