As you show on your long term chart, the stock had already fallen into the high teens by Feb of this year! I have not looked into their fundamentals, so I have to be cautious about making comments at this stage. To say the least, UA would not be the first company to put out excellent products and still struggle (or fail) as a business. I know very little about the clothing industry but, at a distance, it seems that UA rode up on the momentum of good products and media hype but haven't been able to calm investor's fear of the long term demise of traditional retail.
