In the interest of completeness. GE apparently dipped to 19.00 for a low during the minute of 9:44 am eastern--then closed the minute at 19.75. Closed the next minute at 19.86. hummmmmm My system alert never triggered at 19.50 so I think its bad data. Who knows?
