Health care is the worst example of what an oligopoly does.

The competition is stifled at the state level.

The fact that only certain insurance companies can bid for your business - based on state lines and they have these prearranged huge discounts -( heaven help the poor schmuck who doesn't pay the huge premiums) shows how far off simply stated, well known costs of basic procedures,(internet based disclosures) truly are.

One is not supposed to go bankrupt to have medical services performed - but they sure do keep fear in the market place for those who refuse to participate in what borders on medical insurance extortion.

Wisconsin is far from the best set up ,but the introduction of Health Savings Accounts began the process of disclosure.

Obamacare was an effort to derail it and has put us back by years.

Back when Tommy Thompson was our governor George Bush I allowed a pilot in Wisconsin to let workers deduct tax free money from their paychecks into HSA's Health Savings Accounts).

It was hugely embraced and created huge deposits into banks who allowed HSA savings accounts to be set up.

These huge chunks of money where bought up buy private equity hedge funds as local banks grew big deposit bases. They in effect became like insurance companies. Sure some people used the funds when needed, but the majority of people held onto their savings for that rainy day.

New York private equity hedge funds (under the guise of banks) (i.e. Webster bank) bought up the small banks, pulled the HSA's out to their oversight, and then resold the banks to local bankers or bank holding companies who wanted to roll up the fractured small town banks (i.e. Midwest Exchange Bank holding company).

When the consumer spends their hard saved money for a medical operation they seek out cost information and competition is given a chance to work.

THIS IS THE EFFICIENT MODEL THAT NEEDS TO BE IMPLEMENTED ON A NATIONAL ROLLOUT!

Once begun those who work, will build their safety net and those who do not work will be subject to the state's desires in so far as helping those with out insurance. Those funds will be bolstered by block grants from the government (Medicaid).

This will put an end to sanctuary cities and their power over all the small states as they draw more funds from the less populated states.

The strongholds of the Democratic party are the states that will be toast first.

We are just now seeing the beginning of this transition as those are the states howling about state income tax and local taxes no longer being deductible.

These are the big government strong holds that have taxed the citizens to the brink of insanity.

New York ,Chicago, Big Califonia cities - they all must redefine their cradle to coffin social systems. Including the huge unfunded union pension programs that are insolvent i.e. New Jersey.

They have all been created with the divisive arguments based on class warfare and the false pretenses that big government can take care of those with out.

USA is a country of exceptional achievements.

These accomplishments are not to be down trodden by socialists sowing malcontent. We are to be programmed to work hard and be achievers.

Admiring those who show us success not calling them crooks.

Those who think that repatriation of foreign earnings by US Corporations will NOT be a positive event for our county's economy, are the those same people who have embraced the class warfare kool aid.

Common sense does not enter into the equation as your potential tax receipts scenario clearly points out .

It is an offense to their accepted ideology.

Therefore common sense is the last part of their analysis - emotions surface far before their analysis gets to common sense.

Those proposing American exceptionalism, will be personally attacked before the "DUH light bulb " goes on - in most cases.

It will take wholesale failures of local governments and wholesale failures of "SOCIAL RIGHTS " programs like the current implosion of Obamacare to once again point out that even though a politician was good at saying it, in very eloquent words - there just simply is no such thing as "A FREE LUNCH !!

It is far better to be realistic and live with in your means and be self sufficient - such that if and when you need help - you have your own nest egg put back and then be very prudent as to how you spend it.

That, and that alone, will be how America's health care becomes at its "most efficient for the greatest majority of our citizens".

Just a simple country boy's view of the world and how inexcusable class warfare is as a divisive tool with in the fiber of our great past and exceptional future.

The missing ingredient so far has been an honest politician who has the cajones to say it like it is!

This has been the one endearing character of our current president. There are many things about him I have not warmed up to - but I have learned to greatly respect his cold representation of the truth.

It drives fear into those who have socialist political view points and it will be the vast contradictory talking points of our next election in 2018.

The winds of change are upon us - America the great has gone too far towards Euro style socialism and the pendulum has reversed back to American exceptionalism as being great and good as prudent self sufficiency clearly becomes the safest way to survive in comfort.
