Generally much lower if you live in rural areas , but no deed restrictions means your neighbor could put a double wide next to your million dollar house - so buy a lot of property.

You realize that a doublewide here goes for about $1M in the trailer parks. Or small homes with small footprints and about the same inside area..... scary.

Problems here are the homeless living in vans and big mobile homes sometimes spread to neighborhoods. You can sometimes see $2M or $3M homes with an barely running van parked next to it during the evenings...
