Every law ever written needs fixes. When Bush did the drug plan it needed thousands of fixes within years and Democrats gladly gave him the votes he needed to make those fixes.

But now we live in different times. One party refused to govern for eight years and instead saw problems and ignored them. You blame Democrats when they didn't have the power to fix the premium problem. You also know republicans didn't do anything to fix the problems so you still blame Democrats.

If every generation did as they did and by that, I mean doing nothing and then whining about problems that go unfixed we'd be a third world nation. I'm not sure how Americans became this dumb but I swear we can't get any dumber.

We know insurance companies are making record profits. We've known that for many years. Their costs dropped dramatically under the ACA and they also knew they could drop policies, get all the benefits of the ACA and have none of the costs. If you were a health insurance CEO you'd have done the exact same thing - raise premiums, make record profits and know Congress wouldn't do anything about it.

When people voted for people who hated Obama and hated the ACA they got what they wanted. It's that simple. Where is the republican plan? There isn't one. Do you trust them to fix this problem? Of course not. You know they can't and won't.

Only Democrats know how to govern and we both know this. This is why republicans hate us.
