When you say Democrats want to tax corporations out of existence give me an example of them ever saying that or doing that.

The company I worked for before it left the US, Hewlett Packard Optical Communications Division and the other semiconductor parts.

It was a steady tax HP (and anyone else building semiconductors) out of California until they were gone since my first day as a summer intern in 1978!

Very, very good jobs for non college educated workers were moved overseas year after year for only one reason, lower taxes.

I quit when I was tasked with training experienced engineers in Singapore to do new hire jobs that I trained engineering graduates from MIT, Rice, UC Berkeley and Stanford to do before we got "paid" a huge zero tax forgiveness to move a product line I helped invent and move to Singapore for a HUGE tax savings worth more than the product line!

The very first chips I designed for this product line were built on a process in San Jose that kept 200 people employed. The manager of the fab treated me like a f'ing king for what I did. Sadly, we could not afford to pay the taxes to upgrade the plant and keep jobs here.... so the last chips I designed were on a foreign process.

So don't give me any BS. Taxes matter.
If we have single-payer and businesses could stop paying for all health care costs imagine how much better it would be for everyone.
EXACTLY! They could pay higher wages and people would buy health insurance on their own WITH THOSE HIGHER WAGES like most of us buy cars, dental insurance and homeowner insurance.

Or those higher wages would be taxed to pay for the health care in a progressive fashion so everyone pays and no escaping it by being in a union or congress.

I might even go for a small revenue tax on sales over $100M to cover health care if I could trust that is where it went....
