Kirk, the question you ask would require me to write a white paper, treatise, or a book. And the book would be a tome. The short answer is no. To others who have been extracted from, say a war zone, it would be yes. Also, it seems the corporations that have moved to places like Ireland the answer must also be no. Let's say there is a 911 call where an American business moves to Ireland for tax purposes. They are also present in an unstable country and require employee extraction. Should they call Ireland for a carrier group and Marines or will they call the U.S.?? Oops, I pay no taxes to the U.S. but please come save me and my employees. Just saying it's something to think about. RDK
