Okay, you can call facts partisan but facts really aren't liberal or conservative. It's a fact that the debt exploded after taxes were cut under Reagan and Bush AFTER both promised to balance the budget. These are facts every American should embrace.

David Stockman was Reagan's budget director. He wrote a book on why Reaganomics failed. In it he says the dirtiest secret in Washington is that republicans are the big spenders. He relates that every time he went to Senator Dole's office to get the votes for deficit reduction the deals he had to make cost more than the deficit reduction plan. In other words, he'd have been better off not seeking budget cuts since they cost so much.

Politics isn't fun anymore. It's destroying the fabric of our country. The debt will explode after fiscal conservatives get done doing what they always do. I posted those numbers a few minutes ago.
