I don't think Kirk's board is the place for this type of stuff so this post is my final one on the thread regardless. I think your point of view is wrong but I have no problems with your right to have it. They believe he will bring salvation and restoration to our country -==> would it not be ironic if his Presidency turns out to be a judgment and scourge upon it ???<<< My sentiment on any religious connection to Trumps success is that I don't comment on religious stuff except to my closest friends and very infrequently even then--learned better long ago. However I might point out, if all wars, police actions, social unrest, etc., in the name of religion could be removed from history through the travail of the ages, there would remain almost no wars in history! Finally what I think I object to the most from the left--or maybe I should just tell the truth and say--what scares me the most is the obvious level of hatred exhibited in the media and almost everywhere. I know, I know, it comes from the right also. I think it can all be attributed mostly to the fact that we are approaching the conclusion of the "Fourth Turning" which I fear is a real phenomenon but a story for another day.
