In my younger days, I worked at the IRS doing data entry of the tax forms. Would see several hundred forms per shift. Most memorable moment was processing (and passing all around the service center) a multi-million dollar estimated tax payment check from Mr. Block of H & R Block.

Encountered funny stuff there, too.

I'll remember more later, but two thing that I remember right now are a form from a guy named "Jack Koff", and another from some guy whose name I forget, but he put in his "Occupation" field that he was a "Chicken Choker", and attached a lengthy letter about how his income had gone down substantially that year because of "stiff competition"; claimed everyone and his monkey was doing it.
