Hi Tom Actually, I think Siemens has a very strong relationship with Wacker and gets most of their supply from the plant in Burghausen. I have seen MEMC / Novara material at the Siemens Module1, but mostly you see Wacker there. 300mm could be different. I know Wacker is scheduling 300mm tool deliveries in 1st and 2nd Q 98, but I don't have a good feel for their position in the race right now. olduvai5
