Cowen downgraded companies in their ECM universe from Strong Buy to Buy. Believes with slowdown in Pac Rim, companies will outsource less. A little late don't you think. At these valuations, seems like whole Pac Rim downside (which I don't believe relative to this sector) already factored in. My opinion.
